Refund Policy

Eligibility

Edgedatasys processes refunds only for paid enrollments confirmed by invoice. Informational pricing on the Site is not a charge. Refund eligibility depends on when you cancel relative to the cohort start and whether digital materials were accessed.

Timeframe for full refund

Cancel in writing at least 14 days before the published cohort start date and before lab credentials are issued: you may receive a full refund of tuition paid, minus any non-refundable deposit stated on your invoice (if any).

Partial refunds

Cancellations between 13 and 5 days before start may receive a 50% refund of tuition if lab access has not been used. After lab credentials are used or within 4 days of start, tuition is generally non-refundable, though we may offer a seat transfer to a later cohort when capacity exists.

Non-refundable items

Third-party software licenses, on-site venue fees, custom dataset preparation for Assurance Circle engagements, and completed one-to-one office-hour blocks are non-refundable once delivered or reserved irreversibly.

Refund process

Email info@edgedatasys.digital with subject “Refund request,” your invoice number, cohort name, and reason. We confirm receipt within three business days and state whether the request qualifies under this Policy.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 14 business days after approval. Bank timelines may add several days. We do not issue cash refunds at the Seoul office.

Cancellation by Edgedatasys

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to another date at no extra tuition.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or government-mandated travel restrictions may qualify for goodwill transfers or partial refunds outside the standard windows, evaluated case by case.
